What does the service include?
Each package includes menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and service based on the package you select.
How do I pay for services?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance, including grocery costs, will be invoiced the day before service and is due upon receipt.
We accept: Venmo, PayPal, Cash or Check.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for proper menu planning.
What is your refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. With at least 3 days notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future booking.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Yes. Please provide all allergy or dietary information at the time of booking.
Do you provide plates and glassware?
Yes. Plates and glassware are available for a small additional fee.
Can guests count be adjusted?
Yes. Additional guests are accommodated based on the service selected and standard per-person pricing.
What is expected of me?
Enjoy the experience! Simply provide us full kitchen access and have basic cooking and cleaning essentials available.
