Garden Salad
Fresh lettuce, tomato, carrot, sunflower seeds, croutons, with creamy buttermilk ranch dressing.
Caesar Salad
Leaf lettuce, parmesan cheese, croutons, cracked pepper caesar dressing
Strawberry Fields Salad
Mixed greens, sliced strawberries, avocado, walnut, carrot, parmesan cheese, berry vinaigrette.
COURSE THREE
Cha Cha Chicken
Juicy grilled chicken breast topped with bacon, mushrooms, cheese, 2 sauces.
Served with a side and fresh vegetable.
Shrimp and Grits
Creamy smoked gouda grits topped with perfectly blackened shrimp and savory smoked sausage, finished with elevated cajun butter sauce.
Chef's Meatloaf
A true fan favorite! Savory blend of local grass-fed beef and melty gouda cheese, glazed with sweet barbecue sauce and baked to perfection.

Southern Chicken Picatta
Juicy chicken thighs, olives, capers, fresh herbs, lemon scented pan sauce.

Cornmeal Cake
Rustic and refined cheesecake mousse, sweet strawberries, powdered sugar, balsamic honey.
